Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused tea within 14 days of delivery. The tea must be in its original sealed and undamaged packaging. The refund minus the original shipping charges will take place upon receipt of the product.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened tea products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will try to resolve it as best as we can. Damages occurred during shipping are covered by the shipping companies' insurance policy. We can help you with that if needed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
