🌿 Hemp & Herb Spring Iced Tea

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 3 tablespoons Hemp & Herb loose-leaf tea
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional)
  • A slice of fresh lemon or orange (optional)
  • A sprig of fresh mint for decoration (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Brew the base
Bring water to a near boil (about 90–95°C / 195–205°F). Pour over the Hemp & Herb tea and let steep for at least 7 minutes, but ideal for a couple of hours to maximize the flavors.
  2. Strain and sweeten
Strain the tea into a glass container. While still luck warm, add honey or agave if you like a touch of sweetness. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Cool it down
Let the tea cool to room temperature, then transfer to the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Build your glass
Fill glasses with ice, pour over the chilled tea, and add citrus slices and fresh herbs.
  5. Serve & enjoy
Give it a gentle stir and enjoy a crisp, botanical iced tea that tastes like spring in a glass.

Optional twist: Add a splash of sparkling water for a light, fizzy lift.

This is more than just iced tea—it’s a seasonal ritual. Clean, calming, and subtly energizing, it’s the perfect companion for everything from garden afternoons to post-hike resets.
